Introduction	I love to cook! I am nowhere near an amazing cook, like my Mom. I'm still a beginner. I discovered my love for cooking as a 21 year old newlywed, four years ago. I've tried making all sorts of things that I never thought I would make...some good, and some terrible. This blog is a diary of all the new things that I've been cooking. My ultimate goal is to someday cook with mushrooms. I've never had one, and quite frankly, they terrify me!
