Introduction	I recently asked a few of my closest friends to describe me in one word. Here is what I got: fearless, vivacious, inspirational, supportive, confident, fun-loving, crazy. That sums me up pretty well. Although my occupation is in the sales industry, I have a true passion for fitness. I have played several sports: softball, crew, basketball, tennis, field hockey, kickboxing. I am certified by the AFA (American Fitness Association) to instruct most cardio classes. I have picked up a lot of knowledge on wellness, starting at a young age from my mom being a Health/Phys-Ed teacher. In my free time, I enjoy drinking excessively, dancing, playing, watching the Jersey Shore, and reading. By no means is this blog something to tailor your life to. I don't think anyone should look up to me, ever. It is simply to aid in your workout and wellness endeavors. I started getting really sick of reading articles and blogs with unrealistic expectations of their readers. This is more geared to the "real" person.
