| Introduction | The "farmer" and I moved to the quaint city of Stratford in SW Ontario - our retirement dream. We were devastated to find out about a rare cancer diagnosis one month after our move! My beloved Jim passed away 8 months later, in November of 2021. Our hearts were broken! My hope and joy and the reason I can carry on, is our wee family and two beautiful grandchildren who are now living on the farm we loved for over 40 years. I am thankful for many dear friends, a loving family, a caring church family, wonderful neighbours and a lovely home. I have so very much to be thankful for and hope I never take for granted all the undeserved riches in my life! God is my strength. |
| Interests | I love to cook, dote on my grandchildren, quilt, putter, feed the birds, make my house a home, reminisce about the travelling we did and the love we shared, and go for long walks - especially if it's on a beach. A favourite day for me is staying in my pjs all day with a good book to read or some fabric to sew! |
