| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom to two active boys and a military wife to a wonderful sailor. I have always had a love for cooking and was taught at an early to feed an army (you can always use leftovers). I am a newly converted vegetarian so I am constantly searching for new food to cook. I have given up trying to please every member of my family with the food I cook, they all seem to have different tastes, but I am okay with that. My boys aren't big fans of vegetables, if they know that's what they are eating. The food processor and blender have become my best friends. There is rarely a meal that doesn't have something pureed. |
