| Introduction | Salutations! I am a middle age mom, daughter and wife. I have been in the mortgage industry for 10 years, preparing taxes for 5 years and have been educated in the background of accounting for 20 years. My strength is my knowledge of credit and what underwriters are looking for when they are looking at it. Also, I welcome comments and scenarios of experiences or questions.
