| Introduction | I completed my Elementary Education degree in December of 2013. I came to Alaska in January of 2014 to intern with the Bering Strait School District. While I was interning, I was offered, and accepted, a 3rd grade position in Gambell, Alaska. I teach 35 miles east of Russia, and 10 miles east of the International Dateline. I can see tomorrow and Russia on a clear day. |
