| Introduction | Hey, I'm Jennifer (just one of millions!). I'm a 20-something year old from Canada. I have a bachelors degree (meaning I've studied a wide variety of subjects including journalism, criminology, sociology, psychology, human rights, history and more. It also means that, at least where I live, I'd be lucky to get a better job than working at a call center). I'm looking into taking a birth doula course in the near future as this would hopefully lead to a job doing something near & dear to me - offering support to help women through pregnancy & labour. But for now, I'm quite happy being a full-time mom to my two toddlers (I have a little boy & a little girl). I'm certainly not the best writer but I've been told I do have some talent for it so this is my first time trying my typing fingers at writing a blog. I love sharing others' inspirational stories so I will likely be posting lots of links to news stories and other blogs that catch my attention as well. |
