| Introduction | I am a on a new career path! After years in the hospitality industry, now turned- stay- at -home- Mum, I am now joining the workforce that "work- from - home, while holding the shopping list,the hoover and childerns school bags. I guess I see myself as a suburban yogi. I am no teacher here, I live the best way I can, practice is not always on the mat. And I stuff up, say things I shouldn't, and have learnt from my mistakes. Which I think is one of lifes biggest lessons. If you can't do that then you must be suffocating. Passionate about yoga, but with a modern practical view.
