Introduction | My name is Willie Williams and presently I work as a Part-Time Instructor at South Seattle Community College. I was born and raised in Seattle, WA where my first job was as a Youth Counselor for the High Point Neighborhood House. In my position as a Youth Counselor, I learned the significant role that community-based organizations play in helping low-income people find new direction for their lives. In college and even after graduation, I have been involved in the local community both as an employee and volunteer working to offer my knowledge and skills to non-profit and community-based organizations whose specific target population is low-income people. Education: EDD Organizational Leadership, Nova Southeastern University in Seattle WA (Currently enrolled); MA Education, Antioch University in Sea, WA; MA Sports/Business Administration (candidate), University of Washington in Sea, WA; BA History, Princeton University in Princeton, NJ (Minor in African and African-American Studies) |
