Introduction	Hello. I just turned 30 this year and reality came flooding in, well, like a flood. It is time. My time. Changes must be made, lessons must be learned and growth must occur (and some shrinking). My plan for this blog will be an "easy-read" journal of my journey to health. I've always been the big, funny girl. The one with extra digits in her closet and less room in her pants. There's more to me than that. I feel it, I know it. Diets and I just don't get along, they taunt me and I quit them. This however, is no diet but a NEW way of life. Life - I want one, a healthy one, a LONG one. I will discover many things along the way. The road will be long and the bumps many, but better is the ending of a thing than the beginning thereof. Feel free to visit from time to time and together we can weight and see.
