| Favorite movies | SPARKS ANIMAL CRUELTY MATTER UPDATE: As of 11/14/08, a trial date for this matter has not yet been scheduled. Back in September, Grand Island Town Justice Mark Frentzel awarded custody of the animals to Sparks, with the provision that the SPCA can check on the animals at any time without prior notifiaction. It is my understanding that the custody is temporary, pending the results of the trial once it occurs. Justice Frentzel also ruled that Sparks is NOT responsible for paying back the nearly $10,000 amount which the SPCA spent in veterinary, farrier and feed costs for the animals. |
