| Introduction | Hi , I'm Serene. I love to talk about food. Hey, I am a dietitian after all (or an Accredited Practising Dietitian, if you like). Basically all it means is that I take complex nutritional facts and show you how it applies to your everyday life. I try to eat better everyday. I'm determined to help people see that eating well is not a chore. I am currently doing my PhD in behavioral sciences and I'm always keen to tell you what's going on in the research world. At the end of the day, I just love food. |
