| Introduction | I'm a wife and mother who loves to cook for the family! I'm writing this blog for two reasons: 1. Create a family cookbook. I love cooking shows, magazines and cookbooks, but rarely follow recipies. The problem is that I never remember how I made a meal and have trouble recreating it. I'm using this blog to catalog my cooking and share what works/doesn't work for our family. 2. Have a creative outlet. I decided that I needed something in my life (or at least my nights) that didn't involve running on the treadmill, doing dishes or getting kids in jammies. Ultimately, I'm writing this blog for me. The side benefit is that it involves food and well, that's a win-win for everyone! |
