| Introduction | I am a Registered Dietitian and graduate of Montclair State University. I also hold a degree in Communications from Ramapo College of New Jersey. I am a current member of the American Dietetics Association as well as the New Jersey Dietetics Association. I have 15+ years in the food industry under my belt and graduated from MSU with honors. I completed my Master's of Nutrition in May 2014. Currently I work as the Clinical Nutrition Manager for a long term care facility.
