Introduction	Hello all! This is the blog for Puddin' and Paddy Cakes. We have created this so all of our friends and family can follow us on our amazing adventure of thru hiking the Appalachian Trail between the months of April through October in 2013. If you are not a family member or a friend you are still welcome to share this adventure with us ;) Feel free to email us at the address attached to our complete profile and we will respond as we have time. We will need as much encouragement and love sent our way as possible as this will be the most trying, challenging, strenuous adventure we have done to date.
