Introduction	I'm an American married to an Austrian and have a delightful son who is 4. Been in Vienna for 9 years but really miss home (and good customer service). Work at an international organization as a writer and work with a great bunch of colleagues (who act as buffers against the real eccentric bunch here). Love to travel - especially Italy. Get the biggest high from teaching my son new things and learning from him.
