| Introduction | I have an awesome family and great friends. I'm really lucky with how things turn out for me but at the same time have the worst luck getting to the point of things turning out. I'm one big contradiction and hardly ever boring and that may be my worst and best quality. Peace Corps has eliminated my pickiness with food and my fear of spiders. I love being warm and really appreciate it since I'm generally cold. I eat waaaaaaay too much chocolate (if that’s really possible) I love people but also have a habit of being antisocial often. I feel like I’m invincible and I usually feel like I can do anything. I like to just go for it, sink or swim- and I will make it. |
| Interests | Sweeping my porch, showering in the afternoon, watching the people in the colmado, making up words in Spanish, reading, running with rocks in my hands- ready to whip at attack dogs, reading, dancing bachata, andando, eating rice with avocado, reading, cutting the grass with a machete, pasando, teaching ornery kids classes about sex ed or art, the occasional bout of exercise... ya tu sabes. |
| Favorite Movies | Ah movies. I will have to see a lot of them when I get back to make up for lost time. I do watch a lot more tv shows now than ever. Thank you external hard drive! |
