| Introduction | I decided to write a blog from a average point of view. I got annoyed with all these claims about people saying things like "Ooh P90X wasn't too hard". Seriously? I want honest answers, and have a place where people can get those honest answers from someone who isn't paid to say it's good or has been going to the gym for the past decade. I have no fitness experience and this is my first time getting into shape. That being said, all my views are from a new point of view, and I won't hold back on giving true, honest answers. |
