| Introduction | I've… seen things you people wouldn't believe… Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those… moments… will be lost in time, like tears… in… rain. Time… to die… I started running at age 11 in 1972, I continued till I was 20 years old and gave it away! I came back to running a couple of times in my mid 20's and again in my late 20's. There was a long hiatus competitively from age 30 till I was aged 44 when I 'saw the light' again! This is my journey through life, family, work, training, racing and injuries in the pursuit of Running Masters. My motivation is to be competitive and to enjoy! |
