| Introduction | Hi, I'm Nelly and I have a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness that is where the name Nellness comes from. I am happily married and love spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy running, hiking, singing, dancing and anything that involves water and nature. I am currently a student at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, training to be a certified Health Coach. In the future, I will be supporting people to not only reach their health and life goals, but to also teach them how to truly express themselves with no fear.
