| Introduction | Penny Steward has been a professional wellness educator since 1996. She has taught thousands how to make healthier lifestyle choices in the areas of nutrition, exercise, and stress for optimal well being. As a private practitioner, she has changed people's lives by showing them how to take control of their own health to have more energy, lose fat permanently, and prevent disease. Penny is also recognized as an expert in the field of human behavior. Her clients say she "is fun, passionate, and tremendously motivational!" Her passion is contagious, coming from her own dis-eases she overcame through understanding the roles diet, exercise, and perception play in optimal health. She has earned a BS and MS in Natural Health from Clayton College of Natural Health and, is currently completing her Doctor of Naturopathy degree. As an ordained Minister of Natural Health, she has set her mission to reach as many people as possible through speaking, teaching, consulting and writing to help them understand the necessity of taking care of "the houses we live in". Penny's current books include The Wellness Path and Wellness Wisdoms and she has educational programs available on CD. |
