| Introduction | I am a recent college graduate in search of my career job in Forensic Science. While searching, I intern with the local PD and work at a restaurant. I found my love of baking about a year and a half ago, while watching the Food Network. I told myself, "Em, you can do it just try," so I did and fell in love with all things sweet. I find baking the best relaxation and stress reliever and I get in a peaceful, quiet zone. I want to try and bake everything, why not? I LOVE baking cupcakes because they are the perfect size to fill my craving. But I bake cakes, cookies, crumbles, brownies, muffins (I love them too!), etc. I always bring in my baked goods to work (well, that is if they make it work and not consumed in one sitting). I hope that you enjoy going through my adventures in baking ... because with the good there is always the bad. And in baking, it is quite hilarious the mistakes that can happen... |
