My dishes are international blends of Caribbean-Neuvou and multi-ethnic fusion. Although I am from Jamaica, my passion for flavor is multi cultural and my goal is for my menu to cross cultural lines and transport my diverse customer base to a paradise of culinary pleasure. I was a finalist in the 2008 Vendy Awards and have been featured in Serious Eats, The Daily News, The New York Times, Time Out New York, Eats New York, and The Bronx Times.
