| Introduction | Rick Green, RA, FCSI, CCS, CCCA, LEED AP, is an architect with Wilson & Company, an engineering/architectural firm in Albuquerque, NM (www.wilsonco.com). He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Michigan and is the co-author of the AIA book, The Architect’s Guide to the U.S. National CAD Standard. With over 30 years of experience, Rick is an acknowledged expert in construction-document preparation and production and has been recognized throughout the construction industry for his award-winning NCS presentations. He has served as chairman of CSI’s UDS Program Task Team, chairman of NIBS’ UDS Modules Task Team, and also on the steering committee that governs the NCS Project Committee. Rick is also a member of the National BIM Standard Project Committee and the Specifications Consultants in Independent Practice (SCIP). |
