| Introduction | I am a full-time homemaker, wife and servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. I gave birth to our first child, a baby boy, in April of 2010. I love to bake--so much so that my husband calls me his "dough girl" :) My father-in-law was diagnosed as gluten, wheat and yeast intolerant in 2009, and as a result I started to expand my baking horizons to gluten-free baking.
