| Introduction | I was born being interested in natural health. I knew at the age of eight I was going to be a nurse. But I knew this path would follow a unique map, as it was clear to me from a young age that healing was something we did for ourselves rather than something that was done to or for us. Fulfilling my earliest dream at the age of twenty five, I became an RN. From that day I have devoted my life to helping people achieve, not just better health, but optimum health. Now through yoga and yoga therapy I continue to help people make positive choices. And that brings me here. |
