| Introduction | It is very important to pursue what you love & my passion for food encouraged me to take up the chef’s profession. Growing up in a Kayasth family with Punjabi & UP influence where the main topic of discussion is always food, Influenced me to pursue my passion. I still consider myself a student who wants to learn more. It always gives me immense pleasure to say that my mother & my wife are my inspirations. My past experience of working in India & abroad has taught me to develop important traits like sincerity, creativity, passion, humanity & leadership. The main objective is to be a good human because if one is not a good human being, he cannot be a good anything! The chef’s job has changed over time. They are not just cooking experts but are now considered as torch bearers of the traditional food, significance of food on health & at the same time for creating unique recipes for the guests. The young generation wants to experience something new & is looking for food from across the globe, knowing very little about their roots so; it is our responsibility to create food that is healthy & interesting all in one. |
