Introduction	Making stuff makes me very happy indeed. Colourful yarn, vintage fabrics and buttons all make my heart skip a beat. Some of the things I make I share and sell, some we keep and love for ourselves. The lovelies who share all of this with me are my two gorgeous daughters. There's also a few furry and feathered friends who like to join in the fun with us.
Interests	Buying wool and vintage fabrics, knitting, crochet, embroidery, sewing, eating cakes, playing dominoes with the little buns, car boots, auctions and fleamarkets and reading pretty much anything.
Favorite Movies	Orlando, The Piano, The Mummy and Indiana Jones, Some Like it Hot, Margaret Rutherford as Miss Marple and the Ealing comedies
Favorite Music	Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Sarah Vaughan, Goldfrapp, Duffy, Iggy Pop, The Stranglers, Curtis Mayfield ....
Favorite Books	The Vanishing Act of Esme Lennox, Enid Blyton's Find Outers esp, The Rub-a-Dub-Mystery, Captain Correlli's Mandolin, anything by Pat Barker and John Updike, Ladybird Books ...

Because I have narrowly avoided cycling over the edge of it.
