| Introduction | I started running March 2004 and have only stopped twice due to injuries having nothing to do with running. Running is my exercise of choice and I love it. I have run 4 marathons, 4 half marathons, 2 10 milers, several 10K's and countless 5K's. I much prefer the longer distances, but the 5K's are easier to pick up at the drop of a hat |
