| Introduction | Ken Baker has been involved in the barter industry for over 26 years. During this time he sold new trade accounts, has done training and managed several offices. His work included the start up of several new trade exchanges. While doing consulting around the country he has become a member of a dozen or more trade exchanges. Some have been small local groups and others have been large national or international exchanges. In his work he has learned from each, some good and some bad. He now is giving back the lessons learned. Today he works with non-profits, churches, business and professional people, and does workshops and consulting in the field of barter. This website is devoted to helping small businesses, professionals and non-profit organizations benefit from knowledge about barter and barter exchanges.
