Amy has a background in nutrition and exercise and works as a physical therapist helping people regain their independence after total knee and total hip replacement surgeries. Brent is a financial advisor helping individuals, families, and small businesses eliminate debt and build wealth for their future. We are from Virginia Beach, but now live in Pensacola, Florida. We have a fluffy child named Hokie (she's a schnoodle and bundle of joy). This blog is about the few areas of life where we feel God has blessed us with wisdom, and we wanted to share it with you. Things such as money-saving tips, how to coupon, healthy (maybe some soul healthy also) recipes, workouts and tips, financial/money advice, and marriage struggles, joys, and milestones.
