Introduction	Peter West was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, home to such notable figures as Edith Hamilton, Dave Thomas, and Shelley Long. Fort Wayne was even one of the childhood homes of horror master Stephen King. It was from this cultural melting pot of the Midwest that Peter West grew up and formed his love and passion for writing and the arts from a young age. Peter developed his unique writing style from reading many novels across multiple genres. Though the authors are far too numerous to name, some of his greatest inspirers include J.R.R. Tolkien, James Rollins, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Dan Brown and Nicholas Evans.
Interests	Writing fiction and poetry, designing websites, playing basketball, tennis, and ping pong, surfing the Internet, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
