| Introduction | I am a blissfully divorced graduate student. I live alone, shopping, cooking, and eating for one (most of the time). The challenges of negotiating a tiny kitchen, eating healthfully on a graduate-student budget, planning meals practically for my schedule without sacrificing variety, and making all my groceries fit in the saddle baskets of my old bike are what inspired me to produce this blog. I love food; to me cooking is more than an inconvenient necessity. Preparing a meal is an outlet for my creativity and a way to put aside the stress of the school day. The food I cook is healthy, easy, practical, budget-friendly, and - most importantly - delicious. |
