| Introduction | Hello baker & potential bakers!!! Baking is, pure and simple, LOVE. Anyone can bake. Yes thats right, ANYONE. I live in NJ and I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. I bake simply for pleasure. I work with my husband managing our physical therapy office and run my own photography business. You may be asking your self, where does the baking come in? Well my dears, baking is my stress outlet. For some its a long bath, others its a good book, glass of wine, box of chocolates (another weakness, I admit). But for me the more the stress the better the baking! Don't ask me why, thats just how it is. I love classic recipes, but what I love more is twisting the classics and trying new things.
