| Introduction | I have been working the night shift for countless years now, and as a result, I tend to sleep til later in the day. When I cook and eat, it is often much later into the evening and night and sometimes in the wee hours of the night. My focus is on shopping and cooking with an eye to saving as much money as possible while still eating delicious food. One of the things that helps me to do this is my 1000+ cookbooks: yes, I am a cookbook addict (kitchenware too!). |
