Introduction | Making a difference in the lives of those I work with is paramount - touching them at the juxtaposition of life and career. Our clients love our service. Our candidates seek greater balance and satisfaction; hence perform better in all aspects of their lives. I get jazzed being a talent placement professional with the privilege of being in peoples lives at an enriching passage. About me: I’m a lawyer by training, but never was in traditional practice. Blending a legal background with the work that we do gives us an edge over other recruiting firms. Other lives I’ve lived: being a healthcare executive in a busy medium sized acute care hospital; then management consultant/road warrior. Most importantly, wife; found my calling as an executive search professional and mommy. Now, an entrepreneur with a whole lot more to go leading Next Iteration - an executive search, talent placement & retention firm passionate in our commitment to all things and all persons in life sciences, healthcare and medicine! Talent placement, life/work balance and wellness has been where I touch the world and make magic. Helping my clients with retention is our next rock wall to climb. |

Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
