Introduction	It all started on September 14, 2001 when a vegetarian and girl who hated to cook moved into a tiny Dupont Circle apartment and had to make it work. The kitchen (sometimes roach-infested, always stocked with cheap merlot) only fit a max of two people, hence the name.
