| Introduction | I love working in the Greenwich real estate market and have been a realtor since the mid 1990's. Greenwich is more than a beautiful, sophisticated market; it's home to many historical homes, grand estates and lots of good real estate stories. The stories are as diverse as the people that comprise the local residential and commercial community as well as the brokerage community. It's my hope that reflections on my professional real estate business will help potential buyers and sellers to understand the nuances of the business.
