Previously, I was this person. ...I have tried quitting smoking for years now with no positive results. It has been a conscious decision to quit cold turkey as I do not wish to replace my nicotine addiction with another supplement. I want to quit NOW, so I ask for your support. The intention of this blog is to create a support system primarily for myself, but also for my friends, acquaintances, and absolute strangers who desire to and should pursue life smoke-free.
