About me

Introduction	Karen and I are new to the powerboat cruising world. I have been an active sailor for 43+ years in waters ranging from the Caribbean to the South China Sea. Karen's boating experience has been mainly bare boat cruising in the BVI, including our honeymoon. We met on a blind date at the end of the Newport - Ensenada Race. Together we owned a veterinary hospital in Southern California where I (Dr. Rob) took care of the patients and Karen took care of everything else. We are fortunate to have two smart, accomplished, and beautiful daughters and one son-in-law who served our country as a US Marine.
