Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I never wear a scarf because I hate things being around my neck. This is why you will rarely see me wearing a necklace or even a basic t-shirt. I'm not saying never...I'm just saying rarely.
