Introduction	After many years of looking for an answer I think I have found the one for me..... RAW FOOD...... its not always easy and I always said I wanted an easy life but hey my favourite quote is: Change is a moment of opportunity and I reserve the right to change my mind at any given moment. With the constant bombardment of adverts for junk food and junk life it is very difficult for most of us to stay healthy let alone raw. For years I have protested about the state of the world and all that is going on with governments, pharma, biotechs etc. and now I feel it is time to start thinking positively about the sustainablity of mother earth.
