Introduction	I've run 6 marathons, 2 50ks, hurt my left foot (calcaneocuboid fusion surgery) did 2 centuries while recovering, took a year off from everything, gained some weight, aged, and finally decided to get back in my groove. Got back in my groove, and then busted my foot AGAIN while running a marathon. Had calcaneocuboid fusion surgery AGAIN, and I'm not giving up. This blog is where I keep track of the miles and remind myself why I love running.
