Introduction | Before I became a high school history teacher, I spent 14 years in the corporate world where I specialized in Healthcare Administration. In addition, I spent 3 1/2 years participating in professional sports (Satellite Professional Tennis Tour and Professional Golf Mini-Tours). In 2005, I found I really loved working in the classroom, so I returned to graduate school to earn my Masters degree in Education. Interests | My two daughters, family, friends, golf, tennis, cycling, river rafting, hiking and camping, hitting the gym, a good book, enjoying some time watching my favorite tv weekly shows, continued growth in learning and life. |

Favorite Music | 70's, 80's and 90's Rock, but I also enjoy a variety of styles (Jazz, R&B, Classical). But, my all-time favorite bands are Social Distortion, Bad Religion, The Cult, Alice in Chains and Pearl Jam. |
