| Introduction | I have committed my life to children. Over the last two decades, I have served as a classroom teacher, administrator, Professor of Teacher Education, have owned and operated educationally-based companies, and have coached over a half-dozen sports for children, including my two sons’ soccer and basketball teams. I am a published author, have presented at local, state, and international teaching conferences, and have been on local television as an educational expert. The most exciting experiences I've had was being awarded Teacher of the Year, Site Employee of the Year, and being flown to New York as one of seven teachers nationwide to be recognized on the Martha Stewart Show in 2010 as a teacher who makes a difference with children. My core belief is that the best way to get children to succeed is to let them know we care. |
