| Introduction | VOICES (Vologda Independent Cinema from European Screens) is an international full-length feature-film Festival which has become the unique place for meeting young European filmmakers. Every year it presents the creations of both well-known directors and beginners. A lot of guests from all over Europe come to Vologda to take part in its program. Every year one European country becomes an honoured guest of the Festival: in 2010 it was France and this year it will be Italy. |
