Introduction	Having developed a passion for British Wildlife, in all its glorious forms, I have at last been brave (or stupid) enough to embark on a lifestyle change and become involved in voluntary work with wildlife and conservation (as time and finances allow). At the same time I thought it might be fun to share some of my new experiences - in what I hope you will find is a lighthearted and sometimes tongue-in-cheek style. Although you will find many of my photographs are of birds, I do not consider myself a Birder - but more of an enthusiastic nature generalist. My hope is for this blog to evolve into an eclectic mix of wildlife encounters, sprinkled with a few little snaps at lifes injustices and nonsenses, with no further motive than a touch of light entertainment for the reader.
