Introduction	Thank you, Readers for your participation in my blog! I'm from Española, New Mexico. I was raised here, have lived most of my life here, and have raised two children in the very same neighborhood where I grew up. My parents and their families have always been involved in public life. I follow in their footsteps, working constantly to reaffirm the value of northern New Mexican culture/life. I hold a degree in Social Work and think of myself as a Community Organizer/Community Systems Engineer. Environment, traditional living, sustainable agriculture, education, healthcare, local economics,and community resilience are the areas in which I focus. I am truly blessed to continue my familes' tradition of community service! My husband is a great partner both in life and our small business. And, I love watching my children take on responsibilities that strengthen community. I know that through them, our families' work to serve our people continues. May Creator bless you on your path!
