Introduction	I've spent most of the last 29 years leading conflict transformation and difficult transitions in hurting, conflicted, and panicking congregations who are also between pastors. I have tilled the soil and fertilized the ground for called pastors who have followed me. I am now in a permanent call, planted ministry as the Pastor of First Congregational Church of La Grange Illinois (www.fcclg.org), where the benefit of time will allow me to see the seeds of change germinate, sprout, grow, bloom, and bear fruit.
