Introduction Hello and welcome to Edible Leeds and 4 Wild Seasons. I'm Craig and I've been teaching, cooking, writing and experimenting with wild foods for approximately 15 years. I began teaching others about the wonderful world of wild foods, in July 2012 and since then, I've been fortunate to have taught all around the UK and overseas, in Ireland. I'm a big advocate of wild foods and the natural world, for a host of reasons, including: health and wellbeing, a deeper understanding of nature and the historical and cultural threads connecting humans and nature but most of all, I love the pursuit of wild flavours to enhance meal times and our senses via foraging, eating and drinking. I specialise in all areas of wild foods; plants, fungi, seaweeds, shellfish and game, and I love reconnecting people to our ancient and original, food ancestors. Aside from teaching about mindful and respectful foraging, I also host wild food dining experiences through: 4 Wild Seasons. I hope that my website will provide inspiration, enjoyment and a deeper sense of connection with the natural world. It would be great to meet you on one of my courses or events. Best wishes Craig
